The room was spacious and impeccably clean, creating a welcoming environment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows that made it easy to relax. Temperature control worked well, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. I appreciated the overall cleanliness, but there was no soap in the bathroom—definitely a surprising oversight. Housekeeping could improve their attention to detail; I noticed some hair and glitter left behind. The television struggled with cable channels, limiting entertainment options, but the proximity to the beach and local cafes made the experience enjoyable.

Just a solid selection for a brief weekend stay in Virginia Beach with reasonable value. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Great location, just a block from the beach, which made it easy to explore nearby restaurants. The room fit our family well, with two beds and a sofa bed, plus a solid hot breakfast selection. the room had issues: humidity from gaps near the window and keys that kept deactivating were frustrating. The pool could have used more care and the first floor had a strange smell. Encountering a roach was unsettling, and the check-in process was slow with only one elevator available. A mixed bag, I’d think twice before returning.

The elevator was out and I was stuck on the fifth floor with my bags. Climbing all those stairs was a nightmare, and it felt like no one cared!

Clean pool, parking on-site. Brand-new and updated room, comfy bed and quiet in the evenings. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Helpful staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. Unbeatable and convenient location, 15 minutes' walk to a great gift shop.

The recent renovations made the rooms feel fresh and clean, contributing to a pleasant stay. The smart TV in the room was a nice touch, offering entertainment options. We also appreciated the easy access to amenities and the beach due to the great location of the hotel. there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The bathroom door in our unit did not shut properly, causing inconvenience. the air conditioner controls were not functioning correctly, which made it hard to adjust the room temperature. Despite requesting assistance, the issue was not fully resolved. The lack of proper maintenance in our unit was noticeable, as the shower curtain was missing, and there was sand in the bathroom. The staff members were friendly and helpful, except for some instances where requests were not promptly addressed.

Fairly clean venue and very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Had double room with fluffy pillows, balcony, a sofa bed. Marvellous location close to many restaurants, and 5 minute walk from a grassy beachfront park. And close to the ocean as well as the beach and boardwalk. The pool bar onsite...
